  • How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping fee to Germany is 5 €

Shipping to the EU (Netherlands / Austria / Belgium / France / Denmark) 14 €

  • How long does delivery take?

Processing time is around 3-5 working days after payment. When your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us by email.

Further information regarding processing times can be found in the individual articles.

We will pack the ordered items as quickly as possible and hand them over to our logistics partners with DHL ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partners.

  • Do you also offer size advice?

  • What happens after I order?

We will pack the ordered items as quickly as possible and hand them over to our logistics partners with DHL ready for dispatch.

When your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us by email.

  • Do I get an invoice for my order?

Of course! You will receive an invoice immediately after receiving your order.

  • Where do you make your clothes?

All clothing is made in Portugal in a fair and sustainable manner in a family business.

  • Where will the 50 cents per order be donated?

We donate the total amount to a charitable institution every six months, with a new institution selected every six months. This half year we are supporting the women’s refuge in Mainz.

  • What are your products made of?

Our products are made from organic cotton, organic cotton / linen mix and Lyocell (Tencel ™). The elastane used in the rib and jersey parts is Roica® V550, a yarn that degrades in the environment without releasing harmful substances (non-ecotoxic).

  • Are your products vegan?

No animal fibers are used.

  • What is the best way to wash my product?

We recommend washing the garments at a maximum of 30 degrees, without fabric softener, no dryer and only iron on the left.

  • Is frankie & lou a GOTS certified label?

frankie & lou does not (yet) have a GOTS certification, but the factory in which our collections are produced is GOTS certified, just like the materials from which the clothing is made. A GOTS certification of the label is planned in the near future.
