Shipping is possible as
– Shipping within Germany -> 5€ (free shipping from 100€)
– Shipping to the EU I --> 9,5€ (free shipping from 150€)
– Shipping to the EU II --> 12,5€ (free shipping from 170€)
– Shipping to the EU III --> 17,5€ (free shipping from 200€)
– Shipping to the world I --> by weight 26€-35€ (free shipping from 250€)
– Shipping to the world II --> by weight 32€-51€ (free shipping from 300€)
– No shipping to P.O. Box.

The order can also be picked up free of charge at our collective in Mainz.
Select “Kollektiv” for shipping.
Processing time is approximately 3-4 working days after payment. If your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us by e-mail.

If some articles are not available at short notice or if the promised delivery time is delayed, you will be informed by e-mail.
The ordered articles are packed by our warehouse as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partners GLS or FedEx ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partners.
The standard delivery times are:
Germany: 2-5 days
Europe: 3-10 days
Rest of the world: It is difficult to give exact delivery times for the rest of the world, but basically it takes 5 to 20 days maximum for most countries.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPPING TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES:
Deliveries to foreign countries may be subject to duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total price shown.
In case you refuse to accept our shipment, you will have to pay the original shipping costs plus the cost of returning the package to frankie & lou.
SHIPPING & RETURNS:
If an item of clothing is not right for you or your children or if it does not fit, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days after you have received it. We cannot accept returns that are worn, washed, damaged or otherwise altered. Sale goods cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please use a service that offers tracking for sending the return so that there is proof of the shipment. The shipping costs for this will not be refunded. After we receive the garment, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used.
